Yes, there's all day saunas that have cold to hot rooms you can chill at, with wine and massages and relaxing sounds. (I do this once a month)

If GFY or social media is stressing you out, just block it for now guys. Use the analogy of when you're trying to quit smoking. Avoid smokers. etc.
