As about the video above. Russia is real huge and these lands don't belong to anyone. You can build your house there and live in it. Everybody here can own those lands officially... for free. Just post your ownership wishes via the Internet.

You know, only 80,000 people have used this ability to get their land for free during 2 years. Sounds weird, but it's truth. I can get a huge territory for me and for my family members and join it together. For free (I don't need to pay a single ruble). But I just don't want it.
