Some debit cards are free. My bank charges me nothing for a card on each account and no cost to anyone else. I have unlimited transactions, too.
I was referring to prepaid debit cards that cost $49+ per year and a monthly fee. Same with prepaid credit cards.
$1,012 a year is outrageous unless you need anonymity. The IRS probably has no jurisdiction for the Russian account holders from the USA!
