I reported this to chaturbate, they made no mention of their action, they just told me to feel free to file a counter notice
Remember it is not just chaturbate, she filed dozens of URLs against other sponsors (her own chatroom).
My guess is sponsors don't give a rat's ass about DMCA notices. Unlike webmasters, it's not going to affect their business. After all, they have affiliates to push traffic to them.
For us webmasters it is a problem. We are the ones working the SEO and we don't make as much $$.
I don't feel like filing counter notices because it requires you give your real identity. So on one hand you have someone using a stage name with total power to action dmca notices and on the other you have a webmaster who must provide his details..

Interesting, did you see the pricing?

I'd be interested to ask him what he does when a URL is not DMCA material (like a webmaster using promotools or a sponsor chatroom)
I wonder if there is a service to help webmasters filing counter notices. Any lawyers here?

We understand how it works but we are the ones getting screwed.
