MyComicShop.com has a large inventory with asking prices, plus they offer consignment for more desirable issues from private collections. CGC census info is also available to get a sense of how rare an issue is in higher grades.
ebay has a filter to display completed auctions, both sold and also listings ended without a buyer.
If buying comic books for an investment, stick with Bronze Age and earlier (pre-1976). More modern titles are plentiful and mostly worthless or are fads that will not have enduring value.
