Chaturbate support, can you help me?
I e-mailed affiliate support from my old e-mail address on Mar 14, 2020 for my e-mail address to be changed. Case # 15379118.
The second request, sent from my new e-mail address on Mar 17, 2020, is case # 15397759.
I've not gotten any notifications of payments or otherwise from Chaturbate since activating my new e-mail address, aside from the automated reply. (Although payments are still being received normally.) Activating the new e-mail address disabled the old e-mail address, so it no longer works for sending or receiving e-mail.
