Chinese people do not run PPL programs, always buy traffic on CPM bases for some reason. Tho, i did spotted some mobile apps on some CPA networks, but they probably dont accept adult traffic. Long time ago i had one awesome offer which were paying 3$ per ios lead, but i'havent seen it again all this time. So better to get 1$ per 1000 pops then waste time with something what does not exist, atleast not publicly.
