Sounds like you did not know what the issue was. He (Euro guy) probably did not either but said he would go in and look around and see what he could do in an hour. (Just so you know, most issues take longer than an hour to figure out and fix). Stll, this is what it is sounding like to me, he went in to poke around and while in there something got changed that created other issues and at that point you went pretty berserk and started accusing him of being on speed, etc. And your solution was to go to a back up which means you still have not gotten the issue solved, you have lost the one person you found that was willing to help you and you are out $10.00. Do I have that straight? Or did I misss something like maybe you huffing some spray paint somewhere in there?
Like the other threads you created, you wasted someone else's time and didn't accomplish squat.

Finding someone from india to fix a menu isnt hard? It can done right now
The reason is that, the most obvious things to the human brain are not so obvious.. Especially when a smart European could not fix what on the "naked" view-point is so simple
What is your recommended action to solve an almost 'unseemingly like' problem which would be fixed in simply one click? What is it here
