As long as the cop did not know George Floyd it remains 2nd or 3rd degree murder. If the cop did know Floyd he could be prosecuted for 1st degree murder if what Martin is intimating is true, that the cop and Floyd had some sexual connection. A motive could possibly be found that the cop wanted him dead. Keep up.
