Our main focus is not really banners. But we have an advertisers looking for banners to run their live cam feed.
Depending on the site(s) I can beat those rates above. We don't really take on all banner placements. Our platform gives detailed stats for both the publisher and advertiser. We can also set a floor CPM and use the code from the other networks as backup. Meaning if we don't sale it for the CPM price you want then the fallback ad from the other network will show and you don't lose out.
