The cost @AWS is about $1 pr 1000 images (listprice), with up to 75% discount, for machine learning-based image matche

... so
- Process all your videos in mpg4 format
- subscripe to all the tubes feeds - rip them if they dont have feeds.
- match 1500-3000 thumbnails to any frame in your ML model (dont matter how long the videos are) for $1
- for every match, you create a ticket in your ITSM (any SaaS out there) that autocomplete the template, and send it to the copyright notification email
- Pay asians to handle Tier1 cases - Escalate any cases that dont get a reply to Tier2 where you have actual thinking human beings


Those 3-25 bucks a day are a better spend that way, instead of hiring a bullshit agent that will only piss off your affiliates.
