That's a pretty broad question with no real answer other than "it depends".
If you have good volume, Exo can pay pretty well. I kind of doubt you have "good volume", though, if you're not monetized at the moment. Unless you just love spending money with no return.
But really, without good volume, you won't really make nearly as much per k as someone with good volume.
(I'm talking at the very least 1mm impressions daily).
