Depending on what type of site it is (see all of @NALEM's questions) I could run it under my company. Then you setup a service that is legal in your country (SEO, webdev, whatever) and then I will "hire" you for your profit share of the website from my mainstream company. This way its all legit.
My gut says its probably not worth it but it cant hurt to talk. Skype is below.
