The fist one is
Caspian roach, salted and dried. All Russian men eat it with beer. It's also good for the Nordic Europeans, but the South ones (e.g. Italians) won't even take it in their hands
You don't need a translation, just watch the video which shows how it looks like and how Russian men eat it (that's not for ladies, as you can see ;)).
As about the second picture. These are fish or meat sausages for beer.
