People do need to be aware of what is happening in Mexico.

The guy thinking about shooting porn in Mexico needs to be aware.

Someone I know took his girlfriend on a romantic break to Mexico last winter. Neither of them had a clue about the extent of the cartel problem or the sheer inhuman barbarism it involves.

I read that in a lot of streets in some of the cartel controlled towns, there is at least one or two 'torture houses' where the criminals take their captured rivals to dismember alive. Apparently, screams and such like are so commonplace that nobody bothers even reporting them.

I don't like gore sites and detest the idea that gore sites are making money from displaying these videos, but I do think more people need to know just what is happening over there.

One black guy gets killed by a (possibly) racist cop and the whole world erupts and shouts BLM. Great.

Thousands upon thousands of people are getting cut up alive, flayed alive, and even worse in Mexico and it seems like the majority of people don't even know about it, let alone care. Oh, and a lot of it is done by the cops, or at least with their knowledge, for example the 2014 case of the group of protesting students that was handed over to the cartels by the cops acting on behalf of the crooked mayor's wife. Only one of their bodies was found - a handsome young man who had had his face, including his eyes, completely scraped off while still alive.
