I am on the committee that runs the entire 4th of July for our city... We run the parade and then an all day party at the biggest park in town, ending with a massive professional fireworks display that costs us tens of thousands of dollars. We work on this all year long, doing fund raising, planing.... Usually on the 4th I am busy from 6am until 2am the following day.
This year I am am doing fucking nothing. Nothing at all.
