Bought a domain. Set up CMS. Handpicked ~100 videos which can really be considered the niche videos and not just clickbait title. Wrote unique titles and descriptions. Now got 50-100 users daily from google. Don't have nor time nor resources to develop further. Revenue-wise costs practically nothing, just the work hours + domain.
