Mine isn't a wire, bank withdrawal, apparently canada isnt' even on the list, despite the company being canadian. i have been trying with external card and not a single one worked. i tried reaching out to ruth but no response, no surprise. theres a reason i haven't used them in the past, the support is god awful. the whole process of doing anything, even registering to use them, is so long and dragged out because you need to contact them for so much and so much doesn't work as it should and their response rate being atrocious makes it a painful process.
