I am M3's competitor and I can tell you that they are right and you are wrong. You need to slow down and understand what they are trying to explain to you. Nobody is trying to take advantage of you. If they say you need more resources it's because it's TRUE.
Remember, they are actually the experts with experience hosting thousands of sites. You are not.
