I would ideally like close to $350...so an offer $100 or so below that, I wouldn't be interested in.
This is a site with traffic, it has posts regularly submitted by users, many which are still unapproved, as I haven't the time.
I also get sponsored post requests, but I've even had to ignore some of those, regrettably.
Pretty sure it would pay for itself within a matter of months
