hate it when men treat women like hothouse flowers. when it comes to biz the standards of behavior as a recipient of services from a co need to be the same. hurting someone's feelings does not cancel out a debt owed regardless of gender

at the same time though, you expecting unreasonable conduct from a woman that she's never committed to your knowledge (like go crying to management cuz someone said something mean online) is unfair to her. you don't know if that's how she operates

besides, if peeps in a company are thieves who steal, they'll find a reason to steal. next they'll find out you're an oxygenite like Razor (you deviants who practice autonomic respiratory functions). if they find that out, run for cover. might be a BRAM violation

I had interpreted your post as if your thought process was the reverse and that you disliked women and it was more difficult for you to maintain civility when engaging

not gonna lie it's a liiiittle (like a smidge, but there) more difficult for men to enter my circle of trust personally than women. so I guess I practice bias as well, in a different way

for me it's that IRL chicas tend not to say ish in the hope of fucking me. or if they do it's seducing me with rhymes which I can so get behind =)

rule number one IRL is never believe a word a straight man says the first time he meets you. don't disbelieve, just reserve judgement. usually my initial assessments are correct though which is why I have a bunch of wicked men in my life

online not an issue anymore, but at first? oh hell yes. gfy actually changed that for me professionally like nothing else ever has in this biz. true story there

but yeah, think we all do practice bias in some ways if we are honest about it. most of us try our best though, you included in that

props again for your work getting your cash and for thinking about and working for others owed while doing so

think you're what an honest adult webmaster could call an ally =)
