The fact is that most affiliates are quite passive. Even if they have a problem, they don't email the program. Some have a lot going on, for some the program is just one of their small earners of the 50 programs they promote, and some are just not the kind who'll bring up problems.

Have you emailed them about it yourself?

In a public thread people are more likely to add a simple reply, and then the program can see that there's a real need for the issue to be solved.
