I have no idea if it's possible, but try to do any kind of excercise/training when you are rested. Make your blood flow, your heart beat faster, sweat, and so on.
If this is connected to drinking alcohol on a regular basis and can't put it down: I suggest you to meet Ayahuasca. It is proven to help - might need a few 'trips' [once every 1-2 weeks]. You will vomit a lot, but you will have no problems with it. [I am not kidding w the Ayahuasca idea]
