The way they were reporting the death statistics in the UK, up until very recently, was ridiculous.
Say a guy in his 30s felt a little ill back in April. He goes to the doc and gets told he has covid and needs to isolate. Contact hospital if he has trouble breathing etc... So he stays at home for 14 days, feels a bit under the weather, but basically has had covid and recovers from it... No big excitement, no hospitalization. Just feels poorly for a few days and that's the end of it...
Fast forward to Early this month, 4 months later and he's driving home from work when he gets obliterated in his car at a junction by a drunk driver going 80MPH. He didn't stand a chance... So what goes on his death certificate? Automobile accident? Severe Crushing of all bodily organs? Nope. Because he tested positive for Covid 4 months prior to the crash, his death was reported as being from Covid-19...
Seriously. You couldn't make that shit up. Its only recently been changed so that doesn't happen anymore. In the last few weeks or so, which is why I know about it...
I know it sounds like I'm trolling but Im not - Heres a link to the change -
