1) A 100% natural wort. It's made from fermented rye flour, rye malt + water. and that's all, it does not contain any other components. I usually buy it in packs like this:
2) 3 liters of clean water.
3) 2/3 glass of sugar.
4) Mix 1,2 and 3 together
5) Pour 1 spoon of yeast.
6) Wait for 24 (sweeter, about 0.5%-1.5% of alcohol) or 36 hours (a bit sour, more alcohol).
7) Filter and pour it into bottles, close 'em hermetically and put in the fridge for 8 more hours.
Voilą - a super-duper tasty, cold, fizzy, freshing and healthy kvass is ready! It tastes million times better than cola and other shit we usually use to clean toilets (this is not a joke, cola is really very effective WC cleaner - try in and you see I'm not kidding). Kvass does contain a lot of C and B vitamins. Just note, there is some % of alcohol too, so we don't drink it if we age going to drive a car.
