to answer your question (in complete assumption/theory), if you re-direct your traffic from the "tubes" to your own personal fetishes sites, yes I think you can even capitalize even more as passive income. (sell products-live cam- memberships-affiliate programs- etc??)
Youd still have your Pornhub-Xhamster-Xvideos Various Incomes. Since your videos and subscribers are still around.
Even create a few video passages of early morning sex, whatever.. 3/4 times a week, but all your trailers to your real videos re-directed to other sites.
With of course various maintenance and updates on the sites that you are running.
Your "Tube" presence would still have to be your prime marketing option and also yourself.

I sadly agree with your comment. Th algorithm picks that up very well. That is why new models can do very good very fast. Good content-free content-happy model-playful model-or just a plain luck of a draw sometimes.. Having your first video hitting 1M Views in a week, that really can create "monsters of the business"
And that is why I will not try to create a "career" as a porn actor and her certainly not either. but more document it, and see how far I can bring the views, the income, and ultimately "How long can the passive income stay, with low to medium maintenance"
And if this project works, and is actually documented such as this thread or youtube, well I think I might have a shot at helping out others, creating passive income in an industry that can only keep growing.

You have 2 options.
1- Ad Revenue 0.69 per 1000 Views
2- Premium ViewShares Views (Meaning A Pornhub Premium Member Has Viewed One Of Your "For Sale" Videos.) $45 per 1000 views. which if you look at my pornhub page, about 10% of the users watching the trailer for that "For Sale" video end up being premium views.
So as an example I posted "College Student Gets Fucked Raw" Trailer is at 4k Views
The "For Sale" video is at 450 views thats about $20.. in a week, and it keeps on growing.
