It's expensive to create great exclusive content.
Above all is the content production team, they have to be paid enough, their skills, talent, resources, experience, equipment, etc have to be valued.
Locations cost money. Along with M/U, clothing, props, models.
Then comes the scenario. Once you plonk a girl in front of a camera and tell her to do porn, you lose exclusivity and become just another one of the millions of scenes of the same ilk. You have to generate a story line if only to make yourself exclusive. Don't do the "pizza guy gets laid" scenario over and over again. Or fake taxi.
Because it's repeated 1,000s of times and isn't believable after 20 scenes doing the same thing.
Don't expect "American" customers to fall in love with girls who can't speak a word of English. Shoot the content in the country you want sell to with citizens of that country.
Respect the models, they aren't lazy, stupid, dumb and don't shoot it in the third world or cheaper than the first because you can't afford to pay. They are great for images, suck at video.
