Watch it to the end for a real nugget of information. It proves people do pay for content, BBO, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, OnlyFans and a lot lot more are selling content, not advertising.
The difference in what we have done is clear. We generate a lot of low end content, telling ourselves that everyone wants the amateurish content we generate. We then give it away in huge amounts by paying around 50% of the price to do so.
We kid ourselves that a girl on a different sofa or in a different outfit is exclusive. Just because affiliates want it that way to get listed on sites giving away what we sell.
We rarely give anything else of quality like active members only forums, behind the scenes, live shows, visits to the shoots, etc.
At trade shows we don't include the customers.

The biggest argument to counter this is niche content. If it is something the person can’t find then small changes will work.
Obviously interactive pay sites have always done better. The number of mediocre girls who made bank with a solo site by interacting with the customers is huge.
