Never had issues with Paxum. Even verifying documents, always done within a few hours. Wires are quite fast too. So I never really understand all the "hate" they are getting.
Plus, Paxum rates are way better compared to what Paypal charges.
Like Tjeezers already mentioned, this is pretty much your own fault. I'd give them a highly positive review, for sure.
