yes every payment processor and every high tech service has negative reviews...the whole concept of reviews is a scam as OP demonstrates...somebody gets angry, is too much of an idiot to solve the problem or understand TOS, and goes postal on the internet with "reviews"..."review" sites in themselves are a scam because they pretend to be more than a free pinboard...they act like some authority when in fact they do nothing to verify any reviews...the BBB has a 1 star rating on yelp and yelp has a 1 star rating on the BBB
