elliso, we sent an email notification out to ALL users about those changes when they happened. We also required that you confirm/sign that you agree to the changes when you next logged in in order to continue using Paxum. Please see the screenshot below of the email we sent out, to refresh your memory.
We also clearly list the Dormant Account Fee on the
FEES page of our website (in the very first box) ever since we made the update. (Update was made in February 2018).
I'm sorry that you're unhappy, but there is nothing we can do. The fees were charged in accordance with our TOS.
