We also clearly list the Dormant Account Fee on the FEES page of our website (in the very first box) ever since we made the update. (Update was made in February 2018).
I'm sorry that you're unhappy, but there is nothing we can do. The fees were charged in accordance with our TOS.

I Haven t received and i wouldn t agreee about this, having such rules will immedaitly closed my account with no doubte !!
in Your TOS its written dormant fees 5usd and nothing else !!!
once things bring up to public from 18 feb 2018 policy changed anyway this does not help since i am been charged 177euro for stupid reason.
