I’m type 2 and their bread always makes my blood sugar rise. I haven’t had their food for years but used to have the flatbread in whole wheat. I remember that their chicken was found to be forty percent filler. Luckily I didn’t have any chicken there.

Ireland is perhaps using a different recipe.

Just strange that they think bread isn’t bread. Locally they have Portuguese sweet bread. Very sweet and icky. Tried it as a kid and never again.
