Tom hanks because there was some QAnon conspiracy about him becoming a greek citizen because supposidely in greece pedophilia is legally considered a disability or something to that effect. I don't know how much truth there is to it.
Regarding the rest of the image though, stuff like the MAP and NOMAP terminology - if you think about it there is power in words like this. Even the word homophobe or transphobe is structured in such a way as to make someone you call it be associated as bad. An arachnophobia is *scared* of spiders, thus a homophobe must be *scared* of homosexuals. If you don't support gay people, the word homophobe or transphone subconciously brands you a coward.
