You are not in the same business as me sir.

You are rattling on about copyrights when I do not even publish copyrighted content. All of my content is 100 percent homemade porn.

I have been doing this for a decade. When dealing with the kind of content I deal with you have only two ways of "judiciously" moderating content.

1. Making judgement calls based solely on my and my admins own personal OPINION on whether of not the content is CP, basing that opinion solely on looks and looks alone.(barring any obvious outliers such as someone in the video saying they are underage for example)

2. Relying on reporting from website visitors who will flag the content for review. many cases involve either the individual in the video contacting us to say they were underage and or someone with first hand knowledge. a 3rd option would be these reporting agency's who are harassing me at the moment, IF THEY ONLY CONTACTED ME INSTEAD OF MY HOST. The fact that they contact your host directly opens their WELL MEANING and righteous mission to be used as a TOOL OF ATTACK by enemies.

Seems to me that MOJO Host man envisions a world where amateur homemade twink pornography just should not exist at all. Just too risky he says. Too DIRTY he says.

Well sir I say to you please GFY. I will continue to do my part to provide people all over the world with the LEGAL porn they want.
As you said, you and your staff are making personal opinions of whether or not user submitted content is CP. Therefore, you do NOT absolutely know whether or not you are providing legal porn or in possession of and distributing CP.

Brad is a stand-up guy who tells it like it is. His recommendations are sound and for webmasters who want to run legitimate businesses. But you would rather take unnecessary risks and throw caution to the wind, where your luck will eventually run out. You worry about hosts taking down your sites instead of being more concerned about your freedom. It only takes one complaint to the authorities instead of your hosting company to send you down the path to prison. You give legitimate webmasters a bad name.
