We make websites for clients, and do custom projects. When we deliver, the sites are typically empty other then some test content we might upload. Past that, we have nothing to do with what goes on them, and do not monitor them. If I see something suspicious when performing support or customization, I inform the client. It's up to them to moderate what gets uploaded to their websites. That being said, I have never browsed either of those sites in any depth but from what I have seen, I have not seen anything that looked underage. If you find anything like that on those sites, I'm sure if you contact the owners they will remove it.
