If that is what you think, then fine - its your life.
A lot of people see it as something else. It's good for mental health and you still build muscles, increase Synovial fluid and help the gastrointestinal system support your body.
One week of workout for Eddy, would be enough to show Eddy the light at the end of the tunnel - that you gain energy and help your body if you start moving. Then Maybe he could keep it up for his own good later.
