Correct..... we have 2 licenses. A standard license where we allow for limited tube usage and uploads. And then we also have a second license where we allow for full scenes to be uploaded to tubes. As I said in my original post, it depends on the content you select. We have 2500 HD scenes that only permit limited tube usage and 7500 scenes where you can post full clips.
