I've seen Ron groping women a number of times. The first time actually shocked me--I'd rented my studio to a friend who was doing live shows way back in 2007. Ron was the featured guest and after the show we walked to a local bar for drinks and food. Ron was several yards in front of me, and as I rounded a corner I saw he'd accosted two civilian women who were walking down the street. By the time I caught up to him he was grabbing at one of the women's breasts--I'd been in porn nearly 10 years at this time, so was fairly unshockable, but his boldness and comfort with sexually assaulting a complete stranger on the street really knocked me back.

Some years later, when I photographed Ron for a series I was shooting on people in porn who weren't in front of the camera (Ron was retired from shooting at this point), I chose to do a low-rent parody of a 16th century French painting called Gabrielle D'Estrees and One of Her Sisters (below), that hangs in the Louvre. I think you can figure out why I did that.
