I would take a look at the review, see if he is right about anything and whether or not you should make some changes. If you don't think so, okay. If you do, take the learning lesson and make some tweaks.
Outside of that, take the free link and don't let it ruin your day. One bad review will not kill you if you are a quality service.

The review bothers me because he's trying to deter people from using my service by making them believe that I can't be trusted.
When you start to point out that a business can't be trusted with no real basis for that claim, when does that become slander?
