I understand the points you are making but yes a person could do a review of a resturaunt they never ate in. They could LIE and say they DID eat there OR they could say they didn't. Neither eliminates their right to say whatever they want.
Now "slander" is a legal definition and if it really bothers you you could always contact a lawyer. But we all know it wouldn't be worth the time, money or effort.
TIP: Copy the part where he says he didn't call any of the girls and highlight that on your site, or a section of your site for reviews. People will understand the point you are making about not using the service so he couldn't fairly judge, etc.
But really, I gave you the moves to make (contacting them). If you don't want to, no problem. But realize you are just blowing off steam then.
PS: I have gotten tons and tons of shitty reviews about my older designs, amateurs, network, every damn thing. Still here, cha-ching! Let it go.
