puzzled that whitelabels go live without the billing feature. This is not only an obvious issue for me, it is also a poor customer experience.
As per your message, I see it. It looks like a copy/paste of an edited online conversation you had with a level 2 support. It is not clear but it looks like it suggests to recreate the whitelabel and then modify the contact details for my domain in the registrar.
Could you tell me precisely what needs to be done and/or give me a link to the whitelabel documentation?
