Let me break it down simply: VIP's business model doesn't need thousands of affiliates. They prefer to have a select few people they work with.

If you don't know WHY they have a limit on the number of affiliates they take on, then you don't really understand what VIP does and would most likely be a waste of their time.

It's nothing personal. Its just one of those where you have to be in the know to understand.
