Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. My name is Meryl and I understand that you want to access the funds on your account.
After reviewing your account, I see that it has been placed on a permanent limitation because it was found that you have violated PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy.
If you violate the Acceptable Use Policy, we may hold your funds up to 180 Days, may debit your PayPal account up to $2,500.00 USD (or its equivalent in other currencies) for each such violation and may take legal action against you to recover additional losses we incur.
When you accepted the PayPal User Agreement you agreed that $2,500.00 USD (or its equivalent in other currencies) per AUP violation is a reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal's actual damages, considering all currently existing circumstances, including the relationship of the sum to the range of harm to PayPal that reasonably could be anticipated because, due to the nature of the violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, actual damages would be impractical or extremely difficult to calculate . PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing PayPal balance in any PayPal Account you created, own and or control.
The specific activities that may subject you to fines by PayPal can be found in the Acceptable Use Policy.Sincerely,MerylPayPal
