I think most did. Paypal had to pay the banks that issued the cards to the users you defrauded, because the users wanted their money back, and in the end, Paypal will pay the bank, and guess what .. the scammer walks away with none of his loot
I am thankfull the system works, and that is why Paypal grow their customerbase every fucking year
I really hope you would file a complaint at BBB.org because they will tell you the same, and be happy that Paypal proteced the customer... its like you dont understand that the system was put in place to protect customers against people like you, and now you want to file a complaint?
