I've had exactly the same issue with a regular paypal i set up and didn't have anything to do with any digital services.. same BS replies, they replied to my twitter rant.. but came back with the same $2500/violation..

They stole $5k from my account after 180 days.. Just incredible.. i am thinking there might be a class action that's possible or just small claims court, as they don't actually provide any information on what part of their AUP is broken.. so it's impossible to know..
