I think we all knew this would be an issue when tube sites were exempt from 2257, Sorry user uploaded.
Funny thing is, I see more regulation probably being pushed behind the scenes by companies like mindgeek. Mindgeek owns the tech and content, could blow the other free tubes out of the water with new restrictions.
