We won't know how effective the vaccines are, how long they last, and what side effects they have, until enough time has passed. Saying that you or anyone knows the answers to these based on some theory is foolish.

1 - its not a theory, those are facts, backed by test and studies - that is why it have been released
2 - To follow the logic in your answer, because science agree on this so far - but its new in the broader perspective, we should wait before we trust it? and in the meantime we should all believe in the tinfoilhat stories untill they have been proven wrong?
3 - Einstein was not right on many things, add Gravitational waves and cosmological constant to the list, but he was usually right and open to being so.
