Yeah they are. Also domestic violence calls are 30-50% higher. I have a neighbor who works at a women's shelter that showed me statistics for how many calls they got in the month of March, April, May. The chart rose exponentially compared with previous years.

People are also dying of untreated strokes, heart attacks, cancer etc.,

Africans are starting to starve. So far in Mali (I think) they have 10,000 kids a day lining up for the malnutrition clinics. According to NGOs on the ground there it's due to lock downs and not Corona. Many thousands will die in the upcoming year.

Then Tuberculosis will increase and kill an estimated 1.4 million more because they weren't able to access treatments during lock down and so they spread that disease.
