The name of the payment platform is Assist. I also was a co-founder of a subsidiary enterprise of Assist in Belarus. The name of the Belarusian subsidiary at the beginning, in 2009, was Skarbnik, now it is BelAssist.
Certus Finance CEO Julia Chevela also started her e-commerce career with Assist in 2013. After that she worked as Deputy CEO, BD at WireCapital, then as BDO at OnlinePay, and in 2018 she joined Certus Finance, first as Principal Chief Operations Officer, and since August 2020 as Chief Executive Officer.
Certus Finance has two main offices: in St. Petersburg, Russia (7 people) and in Minsk, Belarus (6 people). Our technical team is located in Rostov-on-Don, Russia (8 people) and in Pune, India (35 people). Also, we are legally incorporated in many other countries, such as Estonia, Singapore, Seychelles, Dominica. At present, we have made a decision to register an enterprise in Podgorica, Montenegro, and we are in the process of transferring our headquarters there.
